General Accountant
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting (CPA certificate desired)
- Minimum of 5+ years of work experience as an Accountant
- Advanced knowledge of accounting regulations on US-GAAP and IFRS
- Accounting experience in Big 4 or large accounting firms is a plus
- Proficiency in managing ERP software (NetSuite is a plus)
- Advanced skills in Excel/Sheets and advanced analytics tools (SQL is a plus)
- Knowledge of blockchain/crypto accounting guidance is a plus
- High attention to detail and good analytical and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English
Product Manager
Requirements
You stand out if you:
- 1-3 years developing & delivering products. OR, clear adjacent experience to product management & looking to break in.
- A good base of analytics and qualitative customer development knowledge.
- Experience in financial services with consumer banking/payments fintech a plus.
- JP and/or US culture knowledge
- English Proficiency
- Availability to work on-site Monday-Thursday in our office
Senior Backend Engineer
Requirements
What you need:
- Experience working on server APIs
- Experience with SQL databases
- Can communicate in English at a professional proficiency level

DeFi Marketing & Comms Lead
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in marketing and communications with examples of how you have impacted other projects
- Strong understanding of defi and stablecoins
- Able to articulate how RTokens work, and contrast them to other types of stablecoins
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to clearly explain complex problems and enroll the team in solutions
- You have a schedule that can accommodate being online for the PST time zone US workday – we are flexible on location
